Calorie/weight loss/exercise question

I just started again and put in my weight and my goal of 2 pounds a week lost. I weigh 140 pounds and it says that eating 1200 calories a day I need to exercise 3 hours a day for 7 days a week to lose 1.5 pounds. What is wrong?

    Ignore the exercise target thing. This doesn't effect calories- change it and see . Maybe 1.5 pounds is too much of a loss for you. Change it to less.

    your goal is too high, its healthy to aim for .5 to1 pound a week lost.
