I use map my walk (you can select "run") ... it will talk over your music at every mile and let you know your time, but the music keeps playing

i used to hate them, but now i can't get enough. i cut them in half, dip in some olive oil, throw some salt and pepper on there and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees. delicious!!!

i had to work extra late tonight and missed my workout! do you think it will matter too much if i skip the cardio recovery disc to try to get back on schedule? it's a lot of stretching, so it doesn't seem like it would be that big of a deal to miss..

have you tried p90x at all? i was torn about which program to do. i didn't want to get too muscular, which i was afraid of with p90x, but i did want to try to tone up my WHOLE body, which i am worried insanity won't do.
