I feel your pain! None of my perfectly good work shirts are fitting nicely.. they all are too baggy. Like you said I'm not made of money!!! LOL But I'm still happy for the change :)

I'm not even bothering focusing on my abs right now cuz I won't be seeing the results anytime soon anyway! Not to say I don't do ab stuff but I don't focus on it. Like the guys said, I'm working on lowering my bf% first!

I lost ten in the past month following MFP and eating back about half of my exercise calories. You can absolutely do it!

Today I kinda did the same thing. I feel better but the scale went up. So I took out my pictures from a month ago and compared what I look like now in the same outfit. I look good although there is always that voice in your head that tells you you wish you could look better! But still great progress on both our parts!

I got mine on amazon.com for $30. Its a basic one but it calculates my calories burned which is what I wanted it for! Mine is a PLYO I believe

Maybe jog in place instead of jumping once you heal. I broke my arm a little bit ago and I started Insanity workouts... when it comes to stuff that bothers my arm I just jog in place. My results are still great!

You are welcome to add me! And I suggest adding people you see on here that inspire you. I have found that most post comments on my page and send me messages and its really really helpful! I ran my first one a good while ago. It was straight down a mountain and then right back up. It was a brutal trail run and probably not the best idea for my first 5K. But I did it. Took me 59 min but I did it. And my skinny sister took just as long as I did (and got 3rd for her age group) So I know I wasn't too far off…

Thank you! I was almost getting mad at people dissing her food choices. If she wants fast food go ahead and eat it but make sure its in your calories and drink a TON (at least a gallon) of water everyday to counteract the sodium intake.

I love those too!!! You get a lot stronger a lot faster than you think. And great message to people... stop worrying about the scale and just LOOK at the changes. So positive!

It took my body two weeks to start to see the scale go down. And those two weeks I ate all my calories- including exercise ones- and didn't eat bad foods. I now drink over a gallon of water a day and eat 1/2 to 3/4 of my exercise calories and the weight is coming off. FINALLY!

I have to do day 2 of week 3 today. I'm further along but its still nice to have some buddies. I tend to go about this far and stop also. I am not doing to fit tests the round of INSANITY. I just started and will be taking my picture every month. And let me tell you I look TERRIBLE in a bikini right now... but my "after" pictures are going to be great! Keep up the great work and keep on trucking along!
