The first picture is me at my heaviest (around 290#) - I'm the one in the middle. The second picture is from yesterday at 234#. I know they're just head shots, but I'm pretty sure I almost barfed when I saw the first one.

And, no, it didn't take me 2 years to lose that weight - I just didn't do anything about it for a year! All the weight has been lost in 2011.
