Oreos are my favorite thing in the world. I've eaten at least one oreo themed thing a day since I started this and am still losing weight - I just fit them into calories/macros for the day and flex depending on how much space I have between a few minis to an Oreo Pop Tart.

I don't know about the pears, but the honeycrisp apples and cotton candy grapes are both human engineered (selective breeding I think). You have SCIENCE to thank for this. :-p

I just turned 33. I live in a country where the drinking age is 18. I frequently get asked for ID. I know a lot of people find this flattering, I mostly find it annoying as its not really common here to carry ID. I also get offered student discounts a lot, which I find less annoying!

I have an automatic updating wifi scale. I get on it every morning. I'm a data analyst - I love information and graphs. It doesn't bother me to have it go up and down. If it bothers you or you think you're obsessing over it, weigh less. If you're relaxed about it, I wouldn't worry about how often you do it.

+1 for foam rolling

I sincerely doubt you'd have got any different responses even if you said "I'm trying this 7 day diet" and linking to that page.

I'm in West London, log daily. Feel free to add me if you like, though I shall warn you I'm a transplant and not a native - I'm from the US originally. Been here 8 years.

I won't interact with diary posts unless I can see them - I won't "like" people eating less than 1200 calories. I don't say anything to anyone about what they eat (unless it is "oh that sounds amazing" or "what is that?" when we're from different countries), but I don't want to encourage practices I consider unhealthy. I…

The place I order them from in the UK will let you pick any 12 you want for a set price, so I've tried all of the ones that I thought sounded good. I eat all of them straight from the package - I tried warming up the cookie dough one after reading about it on here and it rendered it nearly unpalatable for me - it tasted a…

Sodium isn't required information on packaging in the UK, so you are possibly getting more than you think.

Q: But what do you /eat/? A: Food. All of it. -- This is not a question, but my mother constantly stresses out about me lifting weights, on account of the fact that it will "make my uterus fall out".

It's just over an hour. I live in London, everything takes an hour to get to. I work from home most of the time now, but I spent years doing it every single day...

As long as I got through it, I went on. I only repeated if I failed one.

I weigh every morning. I've got a Withings scale, so it automatically synchs with everything. YM will certainly V, but I find it makes me /less/ crazy to do it every day. I like data and numbers (job hazard), so it's just something else I quantify about my life. I find it easier to watch the numbers bounce around and…

Butter, 100% all the time, even when baking and recipes call for margarine. I adapt. I think margarine tastes gross and don't want to eat it!

I've so far gone from a 38FF to a 34FF. :-/ NOTE: this is UK sizing, which may be different from US sizing - it's been 10 years since I bought a US bra!

I LOVE Oreos and I eat something Oreo themed every single day, whether it is one 60 cal cookie or an oreo pop tart when I've got loads of cals. The point is to make this last forever, and there is no way I am giving up Oreos forever, so they have to work in!

I eat one just about every day as an afternoon snack. They help me hit my protein and fat goals (I'm pretty bad about eating fat and I know it's necessary). I hate three flavors I love that I rotate - I literally ordered 24 bars, one in each flavor I thought sounded OK, and tried them all. I also keep them in my bag as…

I find the flavors a bit hit and miss - I like some way more than others. There's a few I wouldn't eat again but most are palatable. My favorite three are cookies & creme, chocolate chip cookie dough, and white chocolate raspberry. And yeah, they are definitely not candy bars. They definitely help me meet my protein and…

I went to 4 out of the 6 UK dates for the latest NIN tour in May this year. In ranked order of preference: Cardiff, London, Nottingham, Birmingham.

I weigh myself every day - I like to see the actual fluctuations. I'm a data analyst, so I tend to quantify everything I can. I am neither excited about this nor do I dread it - it's just part of my daily routine.
-
My mother told me I needed to stop lifting weights or my uterus would fall out. Yes, really. My favorite thing people say regularly is "but what do you eat?" and I'm like "food. All of it." I think they are expecting me to say "celery and watermelon rinds".

I eat 100g raspberries with either 100g strawberries or 100g peaches + 1.5 scoops of vanilla protein powder nearly every day. I don't track sugar, though - just the macros. It's got more protein than carbs which is my requirement! It comes in between 250 and 275 calories depending on what I use and if I go slightly over on…

The package. That's the manufacturer's published information and is likely to be from testing their specific product instead of general information.

It will if you ask it to! If you go to my home, then settings, then food an exercise diary settings, you can choose five things for it to display from the list of possibilities. Fiber is one of them.

Every scale will measure you differently - digital or otherwise. The only thing to do is pick one and stick with it and judge your weight by the trends on that scale (weighing at the same time of the day under the same conditions).

I drink Pepsi Max (the UK kind, the US kind is terrible in comparison!) and I quit for an entire year as an experiment. I found 0 difference in my life at all.

It is stated in the OP:

I've also lost 23 pounds and don't think I look different. The people who see me every day don't seem to notice either, but I saw someone who hasn't seen me since before I started this and they did compliment me. Regardless, I'm glad those 23 pounds are gone! I don't think my pictures look different either, but I've…

I'm a barefoot/minimalist runner and I'd strongly advise you to do some research about this before jumping straight into minimalist shoes. If you are used to running in padded shoes with a large heel-toe drop, you can seriously hurt yourself trying to do the same mileage that you are used to in minimalist shoes (mine are…
