Probably because of the different modifications you could be doing. When I was doing it I just put them in as 20 minute circuits.

To add to my crappy week of course my weight went up .2oz. Yay! At least it isnt a lb :) Hopefully soon my son will start feeling better so he naps longer! His naptime is my workout time.

This should be fun! I have been sick (still kinda am) all week so I am way behind. I'm lucky I was able to get my walks in. So tonight I will be doing all of this 25 hip flexor 50 pushups 50 bike crunches 50 bridges I figure I can break them up and get in a super burn :)

It's a natural sweetener kinda like honey but it comes from brown rice. The only place I could find it was the organic grocery store, so look for a whole foods or trader joes. It's in the baking isle. I'm also going to attempt to make some oat bars with it, it's a great binder.

You should be eating 500 more calories. Do not burn these calories off! They will burn off naturally. Yay boobie calorie burns! Breastfeeding is the BEST way to burn off those extra baby lbs, keep it up!
