I think my bike is k per hour - it just says speed. It's normally at around 30:00, which is apparently around 18mph. I do level 4 on my bike in terms of resistance but I don't know how that compares to other bikes. I still hate water, but I used to drink a lot of coke. I never have or want to have full fat coke any more, even when I have a 'day off'. I consider that a victory.

I don't think it's that it's bad for you, unless it's strength training. If you're doing a lot of weights then it's good to mix up the muscle sets you do because they need time to rest. One tip though - I find that if I eat too low on the day before I weigh in that my body hangs on to the weight and I see a bad result on the scale, so I always make friday (I weigh on Sat) a higher day.

I do that on Weight Watchers as they say you can save a certain amount of points per day and use on other days. I have a high day on a Saturday so I can have take away or eat out or a piece of cake or something and it keeps me on track because then almost nothing is forbidden in small amounts at least. I saw differences in measurements, but I didn't see it in the mirror until around 30lbs. Some people see it quicker, but I think I have my eyes closed! I find it hard to see a difference now, 4 dress sizes down!

I love Quorn and eat it all the time. I love meat but it's easier and cheaper than buying fresh chicken and such. I do weight watchers and it's much lower in points too. I love the Peppered Steaks which are only 1.5 points or 3 propoints for anyone doing WW.

Not losing/ gaining and not knowing why. I just try to stick with it and hope it doesn't happen again next week. I try to figure out a plan to ensure weight loss the next week or figure out what I did wrong, if anything, and once I have a plan I feel better...

I don't think it makes a significant difference to the points. For example, a protein rich quorn steak (1.5 to 3) has now doubled but my bag of mini oreo cookies has only gone up by 1 point (from 2 to 3), so I don't think it's necessarily protein good, carbs bad.
