When I first began my journey I wanted to look and feel great for my friend's wedding...which was last night.
What a difference 45 weeks, 80 lbs and a new outlook on life can have! :o)

I know that you have read this in other posts, but you look wonderful! I had to look twice, I think your smile grew...lol. Thank you for showing that it does pay off! BTW, the dress is (sorry to put it this way) the icing on the cake!
