I hit one for 6 weeks but stuck at it and bizarrely it started again can't say why as I'd mixed up exercise and the foods I was eating but all within my allowance, glad it didn't discourage me... keep at it :)

Feeling really unfit and generally rubbish but the final moment was the day the seat belt on a Ryanair was really really tight ... that was 243lbs ....and it's not just in your clothes you can see the inches of improvement:) still got 28lbs to go but I'm 66% there

Great idea, although in a really negative way not sure I'll be able to drop 25 in 11 weeks, but I'll give it a go :) but will be overjoyed if I manage 18 in that time :) Count me in x

:) I know exactly what you mean, I've lost it from my back(which is a good thing) my boobs (not such a good thing) my hips and my fingers... but my tummy hasn't yet given up anything... well if I'm honest I started with three tummies as I look down standing on the scales and now I have one and a half, but for a full view…

Great city though :) my tip keep looking at the pavement... with all past earthquake activity it's easy to take a fall...especially after…

boiled egg or poached egg, however you prefer it on a nice slice of granary or rye bread :) suprisingly low in calories but really filling and as long as you don't eat eggs every day they're a great filler... my other fave.. porridge, made half milk half water with half a banana or some runny hunny :)

i think the saying is you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink... I'd back off him completely, what works for one person doesn't always work for others, keep cooking nice healthy meals and he'll benefit from what you're doing, plus the more fantastic you look the more motivated he may become :) And am i…

I love the site too.. 3 weeks in, lots of support which I really like. You're right pretty miserable weather here in the UK but it's looking (she says fingers crossed) that it's going to be better and warmer this weekend :) keep up the good work Rosie
