just looking for some motivation

It's been about 2 1/2 weeks since I've been on here. Hurt my Achilles tendon from walking so much. I was walking at least 30 miles a week. It helped me lose the 8 pounds I lost in 3 weeks. I am back on here and want to get back to were I was.

    I twisted my knee just over a week ago so can't exercise until the swelling finally subsides, but have found it concentrates the mind with making the right food choices..:)

    Good luck and I'm sure you'll be back to where you want to be quickly.

  • i cant excercise either cos my leg is in plaster it comes off wednesday and i cant wait so i no how you feeel it completely throws you off track having an injury but we can do it goodluck :)
  • Maybe try a different type of exercise that's more gentle on your joints? Swimming is low impact but will still burn calories and tone muscles.
