It is hard to get back on track. Even harder when you have friend on MFP that don't hold you accountable. I realize that it is not your friend's job to give you that shove you need. But sometimes people need that little shove. For example, I have about a dozen or so friend on MFP. None of them have asked or questioned why…

Flip flops are not for the gym and working out. They are very bad for your feet because you have to grab with your toes to keep them on, and there is no real support for your arches.

I don' t think you can reply back with a picture. But what color red is the living room? If it's a rich dark red, I would do jewel tones, like amber and amethyst. Big fluffy couch with gold pillow. Baroque style velvets and tapestries.. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/25/baroque2.jpg/sr=1 I know this is a bedroom, but…

I am a big fan of breakfast burritos. On the weekend, I make a huge batch using egg beaters, turkey bacon or sausage, a little potatoes and whatever fresh veg I have on hand. I use whole grain tortilla shells. That way I have a quick breakfast to grad on the run, instead of grabbing a fatty option at fast food or gas…

I  Cheese Sandwiches!

I really like MFP mobile application. It has a barcode scanner that will allow you to quick scan foods and enters in the portion size and other stats for you...I use RunKeeper for my fitness tracking. It has an audio coach, to let you know how long you have been working out, distance and time per mile. You can also go…

Now if it was Roller Derby All Star game, that would be a little more exciting for me. Baseball is just too mellow.

 I never thought of beer as a treat. Too funny! Welcome to MFP. I too am trying to make healthy choices rather than diet, it's such an ugly word. I have noticed a big difference in my snacking choices. Choosing fruits and veg over chips and such. Also switching to whole grains for bread and pasta. My biggest…

Keep concentrating on the that feeling of feeling good. It bothers me too when I step on the scale. I stress when I don't see change or I see a negative change. I have my binge days, and feel poorly after I binge. (5'3" 223 lbs) I am trying hard, but see little change most of the time. One suggestion I have is to eat more…

I used this as well, great for those meals I throw together, then portion out for breakfast or lunches.

I like to roller skate. One of my favs is Kei$ha Blow or any LMFAO.

I was in the same spot you are, except I am over weight. Carbs are not bad, it's the kind of carbs you are eating. I have been sticking to whole grain breads, whole wheat pastas, and staying away from refined sugars.

Or take a nice soft t shirt, dampen with water, and put it in your fridge for a few minutes. Then put on the t shirt. Also...ibuprofen will help bring down your feverish feeling and help with pain/swelling

Donuts and cheesecake cannot be in my house. Thank the Gods for frozen yogurt, in moderation of course

I would take it straight to the horse's mouth, as it were, and tackle in intestines directly. I suggest acidophilus. It should help those intestines quiet that rumble in the jungle

Hello from Wisconsin! Madison to be precise. Breakfast for me is usually a nutrition shake with some fruit added in. Lunch is what was for dinner last night, today it was 21 bean soup. Dinner tonight will be steaks on the grill, brown rice and sugar snap peas glazed with balsamic vinegar...I like taking my 7 month old pit…

You could be. If you are burning more calories than you put in, you are definitely not helping yourself be healthy. What type of foods are you eating? Could there be a physiological problem with yourself?

Have you looked into something like a nutritional shake?

I like walking, in specific Nordic Walking. Look it up online. Some people call is ski walking. All you need is the poles, they are really reasonable. I got mine from Swiss Gear for $20 for the pair. It's a great workout for the upper and lower body. Planks are always good for building your core muscles. Lunges for your…

I take in my water throughout the day. I have a big water bottle that hold 18 ounces. On days I don't workout, I will go through 3-4 of them a day, no problem. On days I am working out, which is roller derby practice 3 days a week and free skating one day a week, I would say that doubles. I am not a fan of the Crystal…
