  • I am only an iced tea person, I just cant get into it hot. I love the Tejava unsweetened, I buy a ton of bottles when its on sale and take it to work for my afternoon pick me up. :)
  • with bronchitis I would take it easy if you want to take a walk that's fine but don't push yourself....last thing you want to do is make yourself worse. If you start to feel worse stop and let your body rest until you are back to feeling better. I know how you feel though, once you get used to working out its hard not…
  • I noticed my hands do the same thing when I walk/jog....its really odd but seems to go down once I get home and relax for a while. I got a little worried but reading here it seems like it happens to quite a few peeps.
  • Today I had Oatmeal and Coffee.....gotta get myself on track after my calorie bomb weekend.
  • I haven't looked into which has the lowest numbers but when I was looking at the calories in some of the meats I buy I used the USDA data base: http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list# You should be able to find info on there for the different cuts and which would fit what you are looking for.
  • I will never give up Milk....I drink at least 2-3 glasses a day. I make it fit into my day as I love it and really its not hindering my loss at all.
  • Walking is decent exercise, I started with walking miles each day to get myself into fitness. My asthma isn't as bad as yours sounds but that seemed to be the one thing I could do without much issue, running still causes mine to act up so I just push myself walking as much as possible without sending myself into an attack.…
  • I love raspberry vinaigrette there are a ton out there that are delicious....my favorite is the Kens Pecan Raspberry Vinaigrette. I am sure you could find a recipie to make your own but I dont have that kind of time/patience.
  • i use the Thomas Light Multi-Grain English Muffins, toast them lightly first then top with pizza topping goodness and bake. Makes delicious little pizzas and they are only 100 calories per muffin with 5g protein and 8g fiber so as long as your toppings aren't crazy you can have one for around 250 calories pair it up with a…
  • I am a Peanut Butter addict....I put it on rice cakes, graham crackers, ritz, saltines, apples, bananas, bread, a spoon, bagel, english muffins... However there are other things I enjoy that do not include all that is peanut butter: A good slice of local sourdough bread gets a little butter or if I am feeling adventuorus I…
  • Depends...some nights we dont even eat dinner until 8:30-9. If I want a snack before bed or if I need to get some more calories in my day I might have something around 10ish. Usually I am in bed around 10:30-11 weekdays and weekends its whenever I decide to crash out.
  • :D yeah it works out great for us, I love jalapenos, pineapple and turkey pepperoni on mine but my husband wants nothing to do with that lol so this has been the best option for us to enjoy pizza. plus the muffins are 100cal so it can stay pretty low calorie wise when paired with a salad
  • Sounds delicious! I love making pizzas at home, one of my favorites is using the Light Whole Grain English Muffins to make mini pizzas :) quick and easy on a weeknight and we can top them however we want.
  • Tonight we are having Grilled Chicken Breasts (seasoned with a garlic/herb seasoning) Fresh white sweet Corn (from a local farm....I am spoiled and seriously its like candy!!) Mashed white sweet potatoes with a little regular potato smashed in (have to use the last of my potatoes in the cabinet before they grow into new…
  • I prefer other spots to Taco Bell but I did find the Cantina Bowls to be pretty decent for what they are.
  • This ^
  • I found that when I bring home some snacks from the store (trail mix, crackers, nuts, dried fruit) I will weigh it out and bag it in the snack bags in the cabinet. That way its grab and go no thinking and I know its the right portion. It might help you to have the convenience and help break the feeling you have with the…
  • I have noticed some tightening of my stomach, arms and thighs since I started lifting and doing more strength training. I do use lots of moisturizers but that is mainly due to my skin being so dry, I don't know how much they actually work toward firming my skin since before I never saw a change just using them.
  • I personally have no kids and am not having kids....however several of my friends have had children in the last few years. I can tell you that those that ate well and stayed active (walking and light exercise) had an easier time after pregnancy getting their weight back down. Those that ate everything in sight and used…
  • I have had Mirena for about 4 years now, every few months I get a little bloated but overall my emotional and physical symptoms are gone. I don't get super moody like I used to and I don't have any of the debilitating cramps I used to suffer through. its the best thing I have found and wish I would have moved over to it…
  • I love Salt and Vinegar chips....I am loving the PopChips Salt and Vinegar so good!
  • I am about 5'3" and am aiming for 130-135.....I think anything smaller than that I will look too skinny, I have hips and a bootay which I would like to keep. Plus my husband doesn't want me back to my skinniest (I was about 110) since he likes my curves.
  • I have been very lucky, my husband has also been tracking using MFP as he wanted to shed some pounds. He and I workout together daily and he helps with picking out smart food choices. I love having him behind me on this since he knows how hard I have struggled in the past and knows that I want to make sustainable changes…
  • This morning I officially fit into my size 9 skinny jeans! :blushing: I still have a way to go but it felt good to be out of the double digit sizes.
  • I drink coffee every day, I keep what I add to it to a minimum that is where it can hurt you. At home I make a giant mug and add a couple tablespoons of creamer. Today as I do every Friday I hit up Starbucks and get a Venti Iced Coffee with Non-Fat milk. Best 40 calories of my day. I have had no issue losing…
  • Happy to hear we are not alone in our love of the delicious that is out there. Oh man coffee creamer used to be my vice, I have gotten so much better with it now but there are days I cave and still have some.
  • I log my entire day in the morning while making lunches and getting things prepped for dinner. I like to know what my day looks like and make sure that I balance out my macros. Plus I have found it lets me see if I can fit in a treat or extra snack which is always nice to look forward to maybe some Ice Cream or…
  • I weigh and log it every Saturday Morning....I sometimes hop on the scale throughout the week but that isnt often since it tends to freak me out with the little fluctuations that happen.
  • My husband and I are self proclaimed beer snobs (we frequent several of our local breweries and love our beer) I don't think I could ever fully give up beer. Hell we plan vacations around breweries we want to visit. We cut it back no drinks Monday-Friday, we still enjoy our beer on the weekends and when we hit up a brewery…
  • Everyone at work started commenting at around 20-25 pounds in. I have to say I didn't even really start seeing the big change until that point also. I do like the compliments now but I dont quite know how to take them lol, sometimes I get embarrassed that people notice but then again it feels good. No matter what if you…
