    I had an Herbalife Dolce de Leche shake with 2 TBS peanut butter and a whole banana made with fat free milk. 468 total calories of deliciousness!

    I buggered up my breakfast this morning. I had my usual 1/2 cup of Oatmeal and Cup of skim milk with ground Flax Seeds. I thought I would add some protein instead of eggs so stirred in some Vanilla Whey Powder. Oh it was bloody awful, the whey just solidified and caused lumps and I had to shovel it in. Still grimacing just thinking of it...

    Aldi whole grain "Sandwich Skinny"
    1 large egg, fried in canola spray
    1 slice Morningstar veggie bacon
    1/2 T. green tomato relish

    just a little over 200 calories and so good!
