I buggered up my breakfast this morning. I had my usual 1/2 cup of Oatmeal and Cup of skim milk with ground Flax Seeds. I thought I would add some protein instead of eggs so stirred in some Vanilla Whey Powder. Oh it was bloody awful, the whey just solidified and caused lumps and I had to shovel it in. Still grimacing just thinking of it...0
