thanks I'm a nighttime walker (the night life is extremely entertaining, you never know what your going to see) so a morning walk is a complete 180 for me. I always carry a water and listen to my music (praying that I'll be able to use them) The faster music keeps me on the pace I want to be.

Should I bring a water bottle? I usually walk with a water bottle, and drink it (never get cramps while walking and drinking water). And I'm leaving for a road trip after the race should I bring my almond granola bar with me?

It contains caffeine, which in high doses it's an appetite supplement, So if your taking a medication that warns you against consuming large quantities of caffeine, I'd definitely watch it.

I rinse it out with warm water first, but I use it all day and when I get home I rinse it out one more time and put filtered water in it and put it in my fridge for the next day, (I rarely use it more than 3 days)

not sure if it helps with weightloss, but it does help with posture and breathing which can make you look and feel slimmer

I went through a lot of my clothes when I moved, so a lot of my smaller sizes where given to my mom and sister. But some of my favorite Items I kept with me, my Gemini T-shirt from Old Navy, it's the only pink I actually own and have found that doesn't clash with my red hair

I would buy a double zipper lunch box and put 1 of those diary locks on it and keep the key either on a chain around my neck or on my keychain, that way nobody can steal my awesome food that I prepared and spent the whole day dreaming about eating
