i hear ya! this week i have been thinking that maybe im just not eating enough? didnt have any weight loss within 3 days and i did so good. hoping it catches up with me next week. im trying not to step back on the scale until next friday. and thats almost impossible since it sits right in front of the toilet~temptation....
