    Defiantly! This is what kept me going on the times when I felt like I could just easily give up!!!!! I am so glad to be able to share and help someone else like so many have helped me! Thanks!

    thats so awesome girl!! congrats!! that is a pretty short amount of time to lose 100 pounds too. :)

    Breastfeeding helped a lot I believe and working with a Dietitian to make sure my calorie needs were met. I amaze my doctor who had to inform me that I am at bariatric levels for what they would like to see someone who has had gastric bypass surgery to lose in a time frame. I think having 2 family members who had gastric bypass being my #1 and #2 supporters has really helped me. Along with just being accountable for what I am consuming! (I touch on that in the blog I have linked in the original posting)
    I do agree with you...when I started this journey I NEVER EVER thought I would lose this much this fast!

    Awe thank you!!!! :) I never thought of all the perks of losing weight until I had begun. I know in the beginning I relied heavily on seeing others successes and feeling inspired and never thought oooh maybe someday I will inspire others. It truly warms my heart to know that my struggles and success can inspire others! Thanks again!
