Not meal prepping. When coming off of a 12 hour shift its so much easier to grab something fast when you're starving instead of taking 30 minutes to cook a meal. If I did decide to cook, I would stand in the kitchen and eat chips while my salmon and veggies were cooking!

Tuesday was a pretty good day! I stayed under my calorie goal and drank my water. I did half of my meal prep so tonight when I get home I wont eat a ton of easily accessible carbs (even though I could eat them calorie wise, I would rather eat vegetables and protein). Hope everyone is having a great week!

Yesterday was okay, except for dinner. My friend and I drank lots of beer and ate 3 corn dogs each then peanut butter ice cream dipped in chocolate. I'm scared to weight myself because of sodium and water weight so I'm going to weight in next Monday. Until then I'm back to my regular grind!

9/17 started off really well for me. I had 1000 calories left for dinner and blew it eating food that I didn't prepare myself, so I didn't know how to log it. I'm also nervous about today because I'm having lunch with some old coworkers. Still just trying to drink my water and flush all of this sodium out!

9/15 didnt go so well, and neither did my weekend. I did a lot of walking and stayed active but my food choices were not the best. I've consumed so much sodium my main goal today is to drink plenty of water and get moving to flush it out. Hope everyone is having a great day!
