Get your knee checked if you don't know why it's hurting. Also, running on pavement is harder on your knees......try to run on packed dirt if you can. I use cocoa powder either in milk or in yogurt......or mix all together and make a chocolate smoothie (can add a banana and chocolate protein powder here, too). Or I have a chocolate protein bar. There are also little mini ice creams.....60 cals each.

Cabbage soup diet. It didn't bother me too much because I love cabbage soup, but I think I lost like 2 kg and gained it back the minute I ate a sandwich.

I eat about half of them back, unless I feel really hungry that day, then I eat most of them back. I couldn't survive on 1200 calories....it seems very low and then to add exercise to it......you'll have to see how you feel.

My tummy is the LAST place where I noticed a difference, you just have to be patient. It comes off in different places on different people. Exercise did help, but it was still the last place.
