  • this is a crash diet. it's extremely similar to the ones people in the ED community do. it reminds me of my old eating plan.
  • it makes me less hungry for a time period. some people will say that swallowing air makes you bloat, but i think the amount of air potentially swallowed is so minimal that it won't make too much difference.

  • if you're not opposed to diet soda- i do rum and diet coke. or gin and tonics (you could do vodka tonic if you like that better). but really one night won't do you in, just be really good for the next day after to make up lol just have fun!

  • i've been recommended to drink 2% because that small amount of fat keeps you fuller and it has less sugar than skim. it was true for the brands i was buying when i read the jugs. so check out that option. otherwise go or almond and soy milk, i just hate the unsweetened varieties since i hate almond flavor and soy flavor lol
  • classes are ridiculously fun and i miss them so much. the tv ones are okay, but classes get me way more amped up. it helped me drop a few pounds, maintain and surprisingly get a bit toned :)

  • things like this go back and forth every year, heck every six months. is whole grain better? yes, no, yes. is corn syrup the same as sugar in regulated portions? no, yes, no. is artificial sweetener bad? yes, no, yes. and so on. in moderation it probably won't induce a pot belly on you... sooo i'd say just eat as you like.
  • canned tuna or salmon, eggs, peanut butter (especially on sales), canned beans (dried are cheaper but a pain to prepare). i have a low budget too, these things can be used different ways in a lot of meals though and are usually really cheap.

  • something bizarre i've found is that if i drink a cup of water when i wake up, i'll be hungry by the time i've gotten ready for school/work. whereas when i don't i can go until 12 without eating. try that trick and maybe small bowl of cereal or jut a piece of fruit or toast like others have said.

  • don't know what it is specifically, but sounds like you need to do some stretching. before and after treadmill and zumba... as well as some gentle stretching now to help ease the current pain.
