my leg hurts

i was working out today. i walked on the treadmill at a 7 incline at 4mph for 22 min then did my zumba class for 45 min. when i got done my left leg hurt really bad. when walking i can feel the muscle in my leg tighten up from my butt down to the inside of the bottom of my foot. most of the pain is centered around my calf. i have been experiencing a tightness in this calf for a few days before this happened today. anyone else experience this or know why it feels so tight?

    Are you stretching the muscles well (~20-25 seconds) before and after each workout??

    don't know what it is specifically, but sounds like you need to do some stretching. before and after treadmill and zumba... as well as some gentle stretching now to help ease the current pain.
