Exercises that don't require using arms?

Hello!
Right now, I have a sprained bicep tendon that isn't getting better. I'm in an arm sling and very much movement causes a lot of pain in my arm/ shoulder. I've been going to jazzercise for the last year and a half, but with my arm being hurt, that isn't really an option because we move our arms so much. I'm looking for some ideas of exercises I can do that won't require me to use my arms, but will still burn some calories. I don't have access to a gym right now, so it would need to be things that I can do at home. Any suggestions?
Thank you!
