I use high impact arobics and the numbers are fairly close to what I get on my HRM.

We went earlier this year, and I didn't gain a pound. There are healthy options at most places, and all that walking will definatley help! Enjoy yourself, a Mickey Ice Cream Bar is a must.

60 Minutes of Zumba and a little swimming at the water park.

I do. I mix it with berries, bananna, ice and protein powder.

1400 calories in my favorite salad from Chilis - Quesidilla Explosion Salad. That's just wrong on so many levels!

I love Exercise TV too! My favorite are the Crunch Gym workouts.

I like the bananna nut. Didn't care for the chocolate one though. Have to try cranberry, that one sounds yum.

Great Job! I did my first 5K this morning as well. Thanks to some awesome friends, I made my goal of finishing without walking! I never thought I would like running, but I can know officially say I do.

I use an HRM as well. It's consistently been 400 calories for a 55 minute class.

I've used my HRM during Zumba and it's about 400 calories for me.

Wow you sound just like me. I've been stuck over a month now, same excercise and calorie intake as you. It's so frustrating.

I have the Avia version and I love them! The first pair I bought was the Reebok Easytones. They were fine, but I like the Avia much better. I've seen definite toning in my legs.

I've done the shread 12 times now, but not in a row. I alternate with a 3-4 mile walk. I love it! Mostly notice a reduction in hips, thighs and belly. Down 19 lbs as of today!

Hi all. I'm new to MFP and I love it. I'm telling everyone I know about it! I just did D1L1 tonight. Had to modify a bit and didn't quite get through each part, but it's a start!
