  • Hi Josephine, I'm 53 years old. I try to work out 3 - 4 days a week. I do 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the elliptical. Burning about 350-400 calories when I do that. I have a desk job. If I don't work out, I am mostly sedentary. Thanks

I think I will listen to you guys and maybe try to drink it (it's always the small one) on Saturday and Sunday for my weekly treat and make sure I work out on those days....   • Just another FYI, when I checked my BMI, it was 1661. And it says to eat 500 calories less a day to total 3500 calories a week to lose one pound a week, so my calorie intake for the day should be 1161. Is this correct? So I guess I can eat 1161 and will still lose a lb a week. I am very short, but I also am about 40-45lbs…
