Well, I've been on MyFitnessPal and Weight Watchers and I keep going off. I don't know why I am having a hard time. I'm 4/7 and about 40lbs over weight. I need motivation and help. Any suggestions would be helpful..

I'm trying again. Need help...
I am going to try MFP again. I stopped a while ago. I had knee surgery and cannot exercise. I have gained so much weight. I am 4'7 and I am starting at 1200 calories. Is that right? This plan says I am to short to go below. Any help and motivation would be appreciated. I am 50lbs over weight....Thanks

I went to bed showing no calories burned, but I worked out for an hour and on the fitbit itsef, it said I burned 233 calories ( I hit the start and stop button after the work out). When I type in egg in the food data base, why is there a difference in calories between an egg and a hard boiled egg?? If you check this out, there are all different calories for just one egg.... I set up my goals here and it says in order for me to lose 1 lb a week, I can only eat 950 calories a day. I thought it was harmful if you do under 1200 calories. I don't get it... I am 4'7. I can't do 950 calories a day. Is there anybody else who is short here? How many calories are you eating?
