I like mine with pepper on it, it already has a fair amount of sodium in it so I stay clear of adding salt...I like mine with fruit, salsa is also good mixed with it & I prefer the small curd.

I agree with those that say the chewables...I have never had a problem with the tablets, I just prefer the chewables!!

My hubby knows that I don't go all out on V-Day...This is also my B-day so I am the one that gets spoiled :happy: Anyway, a card w/ cologne, something yummy to eat, tools, sport or hunting related items and of course sex always makes (and keeps) my hubby happy!

SO TRUE!! I wish the people who are eating very little would realize that isn't healthy, it's all about balance...Intake vs. output. Sure, you may stay under your cals for the day but that doesn't mean it's a good thing OR that it's healthy.
