current weight 166.4. No loss or gain. I am ok with this since I was at a work conference over the weekend where there were not many food choices. Happy that I did not gain though. Hopefully I will have a loss this week. Have a great week everyone.

I just returned from two weeks in New Zealand and Tahiti. It was a vacation we looked forward to for months. I tried to make good choices but also enjoy my vacation. I did have a 5 pound weight gain but I also enjoyed the best vacation ever. I can lose the weight but I cannot go back on vacation. Enjoy your trip.
