Frozen foods
Do you weigh while still frozen or after it has been defrosted? I weigh while still frozen but noticed that my Tyson chicken breasts loses a lot of water while defrosting so the weight of the breasts frozen and defrosted could vary by quite a bit. Not sure if the nutrition label on the bag is with the excess liquid or not.
