What do you eat before the gym?
If anything, what do you eat or drink? I usually eat a apple about 30 mins before and take my multivitamins, but I think I need something that will give me a stronger boost in energy... Any tips?

Is it true that you loose weight from the face first?
Well, I haven't noticed much differences in my body fat & have been controlling my calorie intake for nearly 3 weeks now. My biggest issue is my thighs, buttocks & stomach I don't see any reduction in the fatness of them. Will I only start to see changes a few months down the line?

Does drinking fizzy drinks make the tummy/stomach fatter?
OK, not sure if this is silly. But, a family member told me from a young age not to drink lots of fizzy drinks as it will make me have a big tummy permanently. I don't drink it all the time but do like a diet coke from time to time... So will it cause me to gain tummy fat or not or just a myth?

Unsure so i put sedentary, I'm a student so when i'm in lectures obviously sitting for few hours. I usually walk to lectures which is about 30 mins of walking in total per day.. walk back from the shops etc. Any other questions to help distinguish between the two please ask?

Do you count the calories of oil left over in frying pan?
Ok, I made a fried egg, I used 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil which was around 250 calories once taking the egg out there was a lot of excess oil in the pan.. I was wondering if all the 250 calories from the oil first placed into the pan absorbs into the egg or some remains? Sounds like a silly question but was wondering!!!
