I'm 18 years old and am around 195 pounds.. Just about to make changes to my lifestyle. I've noticed that my breasts are are very saggy and big and there seems to be no improvement .. Only seems to be getting worse. I wanted advice on how I would able to get rid of the saggyness without surgery and if it is even possible? If I loose weight will my boobs reduce in size and look less saggy? Or will it increase? I wear a bra most of the day apart from when sleeping. I was thinking kof wearing a sports bra then a normal bra on top? ( I know it sounds silly but not sure what to do) also have thought about using breast life tape
Currently size 36 D
No silly answers please.

If they are saggy now, then they still will be even after weight loss. Breast tissue isn't affected (structurally) by exercise. They will probably reduce in size, but sagging is a result of skin not being taut enough to support the weight of them.

I'm not sure what improvement you think there should be if you're just starting to make lifestyle changes? Can you clarify?
Loose skin will happen with weight loss. Most of our breast size is fat, the more weight we put on, the larger they get. Most women complain it's the first place to start shrinking with weight loss but I don't notice that, myself.
A sports bra would definitely help to hold things in. There are some decent ones out there that still give shape while providing good support. I'd look for some of those rather than trying a regular bra on top. 36D is still small enough that you shouldn't have much trouble finding a good one at a decent price.0 -
I am a fifty-something grandma and sadly the sagging only gets worse with age, gravity and weight loss. I suggest you visit a specialist lingerie boutique and get yourself properly fitted. I guarantee you will feel so much better.
Two advantages of floppy boobs:- you can pour them in to your bra
- the mammogram is less painful

I think genetics play a big part in skin elasticity. I can't really tell you what your body is going to do if you lose weight. Personally mine have never been 'perky' and age, having kids, and mostly, weight gain and loss has made them even less so. When I was at goal, they were smaller, but the loose skin was still there. I usually wore a push-up bra with a sports bra over it. Now, they're bigger, as I am heavier, but, I know that as I lose weight, they are probably going to sag a bit more.
I am pretty much twice your age though, your skin may snap back. Don't focus on it! Find a good bra you are comfortable in and rock it. In the scheme of life it's just not that important.

Save the sports bra for exercise days. Look for a sports bra with wide shoulder straps, and investing in a good-quality sports bra is worth it. My running partner warned me that the muscles that support the breasts DO NOT become stronger and tighter with all the extra jiggling. So keep those girls contained during exercise.0
