I ordered these today http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00Q2Z97DS?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00

When i walk or even run my thigh fat 'moves' a lot as there is a lot of excess, which puts me off doing running at the gym. I wear normal black leggings at the moment. I was wondering if the leggings like above will help stop this?

Yes and no. It will definitely tighten up and reduce body force, and it promotes circulation in your legs which helps with recovery. I don't know about TCA...I am partial to CW-X.

They definitely help. Whether they eradicate it probably depends on how much weight you have to lose, whether you're a heavy-footed plodder like me who practically breaks the treadmill with each step, and probably other stuff I can't think of right now.

If you want to attack something that's bothering you, you cannot avoid the weapon that addresses it. Do not put off running because of ...... The only reason you probably want to not run is if you don't like the sport.

Anyway here is my knowledge about compression tights. They are highly effective to reduce lactic acid buildup during endurance training. They help recovery. That's their primary purpose.

That being said if these are "true compression" they do tighten up. I don't know TCA brand.
