I was wondering whatever thinks is the best protein powder taste/texture wise. I tried some from Muscle Max and I just couldn't stand the texture/after taste of it.

Measuring vegetables
When measuring vegetables like broccoli or sugar snap peas that "shrink" when they cook, do you measure before or after you cook them? Since a cup of sugar snap peas raw is not the same measurement when it's steamed.

Fat Free Milk or Soy Milk?
I was wondering which milk is the healthier option. I use a cup of fat free milk in my cereal every morning and a cup of light vanilla soy milk in my protein shake. Which is best? They also have Almond Milk and now Cashew Milk.

Low Carb Days
I want to start doing carb cycling which I have never done before. I was wondering how many grams of carbs I should be eating on low carb days? My Fitness Pal says my goal is 159 grams but that would be for a high carb day, I'm guessing. Please help.

Has anyone tried the nutrisystem diet and had any success? I was just given a bunch of nutrisysten food because the person didn't like it.

I know the healthy fats are the Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated fats, why does MFP say I should have zero grams of this kind of fat but it says I should have a certain amount of Saturated Fat?

I usually drink my protein shake after I work out but I was wondering if it's okay to drink it while working out, instead of water, sometimes?

Workout causing weight gain.
I was wondering if anyone has an explanation to why the day after you do a hard or really good workout you "gain weight" or go up on the scale. I know if doesn't mean you actually gained weight but I was wondering why it happens. It seems to always happens to me.

Has anyone on here tried that Dvd? If you have what do you use to log it in your excercise log? And also how many calories do you burn doing it? Also on the Yoga Meltdown Dvd as well.
