I know the healthy fats are the Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated fats, why does MFP say I should have zero grams of this kind of fat but it says I should have a certain amount of Saturated Fat?

There's no recommended intake, so it just puts 0. Think of it as a minimum.
Sat Fat has a recommended maximum, so think of that as a maximum.
IMO, it's really tough to get enough fat overall (really important) while keeping sat fat under the minimum, so I do not worry about it. I do not know what your personal health situation is though.0
