Why is the last 6 pounds so hard to lose. Should I start maintenance NOW or wait until my goal is reached. I'm scars to lose the 6 for some reason. It feels so unreal. I was 220lbs. My goal is 165.

Guilty feeling- Addicted to the GYM & WORKING OUT

When does one start to Gain back
I lost 20 lbs and 2 days this week, I have over eaten badly. 1200 cals is not enough. If I eat more I don't lose. I am so confused. Will 2 days of bad eating effect me to gain weight back I lost. I worked out before and after but not the same day I over ate.

Is it okay to have cheat days, when trying to lose pounds. i eat 1000-1200 cals a day. today I cheated by having Cereal, so im at like 1400 cals today. Should I do this once a week.
