    Intake - Exercise = Net

491 means you're eating far below the NET caloric goal MFP set for you. It's unhealthy.

What did MFP give you as a goal when you set it up? Net that much. It includes your deficit. Your current actions are indicative of disordered thinking and actions.

It means you need to eat more if your diary is accurate.

You don't have much to lose, so you should be shooting at half to a pound a week for healthy weight loss, NOT 2 pounds!!!

Two pounds per week is far too aggressive of a goal. Your intake is dangerous. You have a choice to make ... lose weight the smart way or risk your health.

I was looking at some of your recent diary days and looks to me like you need more balance in your diet and some more calories. Also some better choices for meals. Not just chips and the like. You are including spinach which is good but to be able to keep the weight off after you lose it, you need good balance in your diet. Your net should be around the MFP recommended calories for the day. Protein boosts are ok but shouldn't be a substitute for "real" food. They are meant to be supplements. Think of the long term.

By the way I like your profile picture. Very creative. If you care to have MFP friends here feel free to send me a request. I am on here pretty much daily and try to see what other friends are doing and how they are doing.

    Peace!! :)

Oh that's not my real face. Just a sketch I have done recently.

After looking through the OP's other threads (yes, plural) there are some serious indicators of disordered thinking and acts. She was told in the past that MFP's daily goal includes her deficit .... then had this under 500 net calorie day. Her daily exercise regimen is not supportable with her intake. The desire to keep stepping things up.

Each individual thread shows issues ... combined it is troublesome.

    Agreed, which is just sad.
