    just eat real food …

you don't need weight gainers to gain, you just need to eat.

Reality is if he ain't gaining, he's not eating enough.

I have never used it, but I would not waste money on it. Gaining weight requires consistently eating more calories than one burns. If he's an active person, or has job than isn't sedentary his daily caloric intake will need to be higher than average. Eat larger portions, eat snacks between meals, etc.

Perhaps your husband should be the one asking here. He obviously isn't eating enough and he may be afraid to gain weight. If he isn't the one asking we have no idea if it's a medical/physcial issue or if he is just afraid to "get fat".

I have used CB-1, what CB-1 did for me was slow down my metabolism and made me eat more meaning I would finish my plate and I would want more. I'm still taking them they are expensive but for me it has been worth it.

Simply put, if he is not gaining weight he is not eating enough. No need to waste money on a pill. He just has to figure out how to get more food in.
