I lost 20 lbs and 2 days this week, I have over eaten badly. 1200 cals is not enough. If I eat more I don't lose. I am so confused. Will 2 days of bad eating effect me to gain weight back I lost. I worked out before and after but not the same day I over ate.

Don't. Get back on track and only look FORWARD!!
You can do it!!0 -
1200 might not be enough if you're wanting to over eat. If you increase your calories you'll probably just lose slower. How close are you to goal?0

10 More pounds until I reach my goal.
Will I gain back the weight If I binged for two days ???0 -
Unlikely. 3500 surplus calories equal a pound. Unless you went over your total burn for the two days by that much or more, you probably won't see a significant change. You might have some water weight kicking around, but that should go away after eating properly and drinking water for a few days.
Also, unless you are sedentary and no exercise, you might want to up your calories. You shouldn't be aiming to lose more than 1lb a week, 1/2lb is better with only 10lbs to go. This isn't a race, and rapid weight loss isn't good for you.0 -

Don't confuse temporary fluctuations with gaining or not losing. Weight loss isn't linear, and there's going to be times when the scale moves in all kinds of directions. If you have ten pounds left, make sure you're set to lose a half pound a week, and some if not most of your exercise calories back. Chances are, 1200 is not where you should be.0 -
first off, great job on coming as far as you have!
Secondly, don't get discouraged. Over eating by calories and over eating on junk food are two COMPLETELY separate things. So the first thing you need to sit back and look at is WHAT did you eat that put you over the edge? If it was sugar (cookies, candy, cakes, donuts, etc.) than its not a problem of 1200 calories not being enough food to fill you up. Sugar is an addiction and it takes time to break that addiction. It is also IMPORTANT to cheat! There is such a thing called leptin and a cheat meal (high in carbs) can cause a spike in leptin level which can put your metabolism into a skyrocket which is important in the weight loss journey!
Now if you overate in foods like fruit, veggies or meat. I wouldn't be so concerned. These are good things for your body. While we still need to be cognizant of the sugar levels in the fruit and veggies though. Basically SUGAR is the enemy in the weight loss journey.0
