Is there a calculation for assessing how much body fat I should be losing? In the last 5 months I have dropped 22lbs and my BF has gone from 38% to 31%. That doesn't seem like much of a drop. I had a week off sick..
Last week I didn't make one workout as I was sick - although I walked about 4 miles a day just to do something vaguely active. I went back today and felt sick, I'd lost strength and even thought I might pass out at one stage. Can a week really make that much difference to my fitness??

Hi I'm a weights kinda girl but I have decided to increase my cardio to see if it gets the layers of fat off faster. I'm going to try my first ever spin/cycle class tomorrow. Hi Typically I have been doing a mix of Bodypump and HIIT. I prefer BodyPump and have always preferred weights based exercise. Do you think if I only do Bodypump and no other major forms of exercise that I will hinder my weightloss? Should I mix it up a bit so I'm always doing something a bit different? Thanks!
