Same type of exercise or mix it up?

Hi
Typically I have been doing a mix of Bodypump and HIIT. I prefer BodyPump and have always preferred weights based exercise. Do you think if I only do Bodypump and no other major forms of exercise that I will hinder my weightloss? Should I mix it up a bit so I'm always doing something a bit different?
Thanks!

Mix it up if it becomes to easy so you won't plateau. You body will naturally become resistant to weight loss if you don't occasionally change it up. You can always go back to your preferred method after maybe a month rest
Best of luck.

Doing just Bodypump is not going to hinder your weightloss - eating in a calorie deficit is what determines your weight loss.
If you like Bodypump, then do that. You're more likely to stick to it because you like it too.1 -

Thanks. I'm eating a 500 cal deficit a day at the moment.1 -
It's not going to hinder you weight loss because weight loss is more about the calories you're eating, not what exercise you're doing or not doing. I pretty much cycle and lift...have been doing that going on four years...did that when I lost my weight and have been doing it for over three years in maintenance...I control my weight with the calories I eat and let my fitness goals dictate the exercise I do.0

My main fitness goal is to reduce body fat, so I guess just keep going?

Mix it up. Not only with type of workout but style of workout. Cardio and Strength.0

I did the same weight training program for four years straight once with great success of bulk and cutting. Calorie intake determines what your body will do ultimately.1

No, but from a fitness perspective, it's good to include some form of cardiovascular exercise a few times a week.. especially running and sports or agility training, if you are able to do those things.

I mix it up. I change my routine every 4-6 weeks. However do whatever keeps you motivated0
