Muscle and Body Fat %

Hi
As I exercise and eat in deficit, will my muscle % automatically increase and as that happens my body fat % will decrease. To increase water do I just drink more or is that related to fat/muscle too?
Sorry - bit new to all this, I'm used to just weighing myself but I actually want to lose fat and gain muscle.
I am 5ft 5", 11st 11. My fat is 35%, Muscle 32% and Water 44%. I am aiming to get to 10st 7lb or about 25% body fat.
Thanks!

You will probably lose muscle, fat, and water as you lose weight/ eat in deficit. It is very difficult to gain muscle unless eating a surplus. Lifting weights and eating enough protein while losing weight will help you maintain a better percentage of muscle you already have. Water will change depending on your hydration.0

I am doing resistance training at least twice a week (Body Pump) to avoid losing muscle (as well as spin twice a week). Is that not enough to at least maintain muscle?0 -

Don't worry about it too much! Losing weight will help you and if you are at 35% bodyfat, your bodyfat will very likely decrease as a % of your total mass, and even if it doesn't it will decrease in an absolute sense - you have about 58lb of fat now (if your measurements are correct) and you will lose fat as you lose weight.

Yes to the first part, assuming your workouts are even remotely challenging/intensive.
I'm not sure what you mean by increasing water.0
