I weighed my pasta and I ate 11.3 oz of cooked angel hair. How do I figure out the calories?! I know I'm supposed to weight dry but my fiancé made it for me! Please help

Protein cramps
I've been using pro7 protein for about two months now. In the past week no matter if I mix it with milk or water or if I eat it morning or after a workout it is giving me severe cramps and bloating. Does anyone know what would cause this?

10,000 pushups
Hey guys. I want to complete 10,000 push ups this year. I just really got into doing push ups again last week. Since last Monday I've done 410. I'm following the 100 push-up challenge. Do you think this is a reasonable goal or is there no way I'm going to reach this?

Meeting calorie goals
As of right now I'm trying to cut weight. This has seemed to be the easier part for me. I've currently lost 20 lbs in the past month or so. I'm supposed to eat, as of right now, 2,050 calories. I'm at 1700 right now with 1200 burned during the day. How am I supposed to eat more when I am so full right now?!

What's the difference and which one should I choose?! I am a fire technician so I am constantly walking around all day climbing ladders, crawling through tight spaces, etc. idk which one to choose.

I just signed up for a 5k at the end of April. I don't have any access to a treadmill and it's winter so I can't run outside right now. I'm doing my cardio on a stationary bike right now. Is there anything else I can be doing at home to train?
