Hey guys. I want to complete 10,000 push ups this year. I just really got into doing push ups again last week. Since last Monday I've done 410. I'm following the 100 push-up challenge. Do you think this is a reasonable goal or is there no way I'm going to reach this?

I guess you won't know until you try it. And what's the worse that will happen if you don't reach your goal? Just keep at it. Good luck.

That's not even 30 a day, seems like a pretty light goal to me. What are you going to do for the rest of your body?

Seems reasonable to me. I do so many during the week in my circuit classes I couldn't even begin to keep track.

I figured 10,000 was just a starting number. And I do weight training as well this is just adding to the weight training. I usually do push-ups every other day in the morning and I do weights almost every night.

That's really interesting. I have just started 30 day squat challenge. I have decided to take up, few challenge's & finish it up. I have 20 KGS to shed off my body. Hope, it will work out.
