I've been using pro7 protein for about two months now. In the past week no matter if I mix it with milk or water or if I eat it morning or after a workout it is giving me severe cramps and bloating. Does anyone know what would cause this?

    Are you lactose intolerant?

No I'm not. Never had a problem before.

Did this start when starting a new container? If so, maybe there is something wrong with it. If not, try a different protein powder and see if you have the same issue.

I just find it weird that I'm half way through a 5lb tub when this started.

I've been able to drink whey protein based drinks for years. In the past 6 months or more I've had stomach upset when I drink them. I figure I just can't tolerate it anymore. I've changed to rice protein and no stomach problems. Maybe give them a break, try something else and see if it stops.

Definitely see if a plant-based protein powder would make a difference! There's lots of different ones, not just soy. Pea protein, rice protein, hemp protein, the list goes on... The pea protein powder I use sometimes is even 90% protein, so pretty nice. B)
