I weighed my pasta and I ate 11.3 oz of cooked angel hair. How do I figure out the calories?! I know I'm supposed to weight dry but my fiancé made it for me! Please help

For the most part, I find that pasta doubles in weight when it's cooked. So I would guess 5.6 oz dry. Which is almost 3 servings at 200 calories each, about 560 calories. Was it just pasta or was that weight with sauce or butter? You'd need to take that into account0 -
There is an entry for cooked angel hair pasta. I use it all the time.0
