What's the difference and which one should I choose?! I am a fire technician so I am constantly walking around all day climbing ladders, crawling through tight spaces, etc. idk which one to choose.

Forgot to add, I also workout 5-6 days a week. I do a 4 day split. Chest/tris, shoulders/forearms, back/biceps, legs. All workout I bike at least a half hour too.0

Theoretically I would say that's active -- for very active theoretically you'd probably have to be carrying around a 50 lb sack of potatoes all day as you climb the ladders and crawl through tight spaces.
But the best thing is just to choose something, track your food, exercise and results for a few weeks or (better) a month or two, and adjust based on results. I have a desk job, and I've had to set myself as active to get MFP's assumption of what I burn (without exercise) in a day to be in the same ballpark as my actual results indicate.
