Help?! I ate 1900 calories yesterday. Burned 600 in cardio. Supposed to eat 2500 calories. Gained 2 pounds?!

That's a lot of water. Unless they are working out in the hot sun for hours, most people need a lot less than that. Eight ounces of 8 cups of water is more than enough. Remember, that we also get our fluid from other foods and drinks like fruit, soup, coffee.0
