Eating back calories
Hi All. Just wondering if I should be eating back any calories i burn during exercise. When I started on here I was aiming for 1200 and not eating any exercise calories back (for the most part). I.have recently upped my cals to around 1350 but still don't know about eating back lost cals?

Carb help.
I am really struggling not to go over my carb limit. I don't eat pasta rice or potatoes and have a seaded sandwich thin for lunch. So most of my carbs must be coming from fruit and veg? Should this be something to look at or because they are from beg should I it worry? Thanks

I have hit my weight loss goal of 8 and a half stone thinking that would make me happy. But while I am happy with the scale i still have a lot of fat. I don't really want to loose much more weight but want to shift the fat. HELP

Can't see any changes 3 months in
Hi. I have been dieting and exercising for nearly 3 months. I have lost a stone but my eyes clothes and mirror don't agree. I still have a flabby belly, fat thighs etc. It's really disheartening. Anyone know why this is? I'd of thought that after a stone I would be able to see a change. Thanks
