Hi All.
I have managed to loose a stone at hit what I believe to be a good weight for me. I am 5'3 and now way 8 stone 7lbs. However I still have a lot of body, around my abdominals in particular.
I go to the gym most days for about 45 mins and have recently started using the weight machines (leg press etc)
I am currently in a calorie deficit eating around 12-1300 calories a day and don't always eat back any burned off during exercise
My question is...in order to looses this body fat do I need to up my cals in order to build more muscle from the strenght training I'm doing or keep in a deficit while still using the weight machines?
Thanks..

You are at a good weight now. If you want to lose a couple more vanity pounds keep your deficit at 250 cals and continue working out.
You may want to look at doing a recomp following a proven lifting programme. (Links to follow)
Good posture and engaging your abs will improve the look of your abdomen.
