I bought a load of things to make some with but unsure on measurements.

    Quite honestly, whenever I want an actual recipe or some guidelines for fudging my own recipe I use Pinterest. Almost unending ideas at your fingertips, rather than waiting for responses which may or may not fit what ingredients you’ve bought!

    Look at at old - fashioned "rusk" recipes - delicious with a cuppa.
