28 Day Veggie Challenge
Has anyone done the 28 day veggie challenge from behealthyu.com? Our house is interested in trying it, but we don't want an influx of spam or find out that we end up having to buy products or otherthings. Thanks.

Women in Triathlon (all levels/interest)
Hi Ladies, I'm starting this thread out to get ideas on apparel, but am hoping it may turn into a support/motivation group, as the sport is very expensive and overwhelming. I am currently training for my first HalfIronman and am at the point where I need to start looking at tops to wear. My concern is that I am big chested…

Pool Running anf Garmin
I have a Garmin Vivoactive 3. If anyone does pool running, what activity do you use? I've been using the swim pool activity, but feel it doesn't work quite well, plus TP gets confused about what is my pool swim and what is the pool run for that day. I do my pool run (new activity) right afterward my pool swim. If I use…

Flat-footed supinater
I have confirmed with my PT that I do have flat feet AND I underpronate. Since this is uncommon, I am having troubles finding a good running shoe that feels comfortable. Is there anyone else out there that has the same condition? What shoes work for you? Did you have to resort to online shopping for them?

Steel Cut Oatmeal
Our household has recently discovered steel cut oatmeal and like it. Our trouble has been that when we use our microwave bowls, we still end up with spill overs. How have people solved this issue? Photos would greatly be appreciated.

What's your challenge today?
I've started thinking that it would be nice to have a place where people could share their challenges and resolutions so that others can see they are not alone and perhaps, find ideas for coping, or what happened. As an example, yesterday, I had a long, stressful day at work. Ideally, afterwards, I should have moved around…

Home Treadmill Thoughts
We are considering purchasing a treadmill these days. We do not intend for this to be our main workout option. We have a bike trainer a gym membership, and the outdoors. We were looking for something to walk on through the day and running on it for those days we can't bring ourselves to go outside(too much snow/ice, winter…

Half Ironman
For those thst have completed there first half ironman, did you use a coach or train yourself? I keep reading things about how you should have a coach, but the reasonable price ranges available for a coach doesn't seem to provide much more than what I can/am doing on my own.

Garmin Notifications
Does anyone know if/how to shut off goal notifications for the vivoactive3? It's frustrating to have step/activity level/stairs goal go off in the middle of a programmed run.

Morning workouts
I've recently started switching over to morning workouts (easier pool access, and guarentees I get a workout in). I feel like I have a lot of wasted time between getting to the gym and back. I've been trying to organize my stuff the night begore and I have a snack cup of unsweetened apple sauce before I leave the house.…

MFP Frustrations
Has anyone lost weight using MFP as a food diary (and not relying on the calorie count)? I keep reading posts about being accurate with your diary (including using a scale) is the only way to lose weight. I don't understand this concept, as I am not seeing how one can be so accurate down to each calorie, given there is so…

Resetting food diary
Is there a way to reset your food log/info? I'd like to start fresh, but keep my log-in/community info.

Yoga Equipment
My yoga matt recently started slipping on the wood floor at the gym. Before throwing it out (or recycling it if that's possible), I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to help keep it from slipping.

Food Discoveries/trends
While logging food, has anyone made connections between food/allergies/etc. I know an elimination style diet is the best way to evaluate, but I also know the logistics of that and my current commitment to one are currently not aligned. I just think it would be nice to notice if/when I eat certain foods, I feel more/less…

Pi Day
We're having Pi day at work on March 14 and I'm looking for a recipe for a healthier pie. I have plenty of ghram crackers, eggs, and chia seeds (if necessary). Of course, other ingredients are welcome.

Gym when sick?
Does going to the gym to "sweat it out" work so well that it's worth exposing your fellow gym members to your illness? Throughout this winter, I've encountered several people in the classes I attend come while sick in hopes of sweating it out. It frustrstes me because I go to the gym to be healthy, not to pick up…

Bike Advice
I'm looking to upgrade my bike. I currently have a specialized Vita that is too large for me,and I'd like to have drop down bars. Where is a good website to read unbiased reviews (as opposed to magazine, professional, or bike shop reviews). I am currently looking at the Dolce (Base, Base Compact, Evo), Specialized Diverge,…

What about exercise classes?
Hi; this is my first day with fitness pal, and already, I am having difficulties with the fitness portion of it. For example, I did a 60 minute strength class this morning, in which we did many different exercises throughout the class. Because I do the class, it is not possible for me to remember which exercises I…
