so i want to drop bf to gain some definition without losing muscle, should i be in a calorie deficit or at maintainence while workingout 3-4x a week? i dont want to do a recomp because i want faster results

1300 on rest and cardio days and 1500 on lifting days (maintance is about 1400) is this a good amount? 30% protein - 125g ish 35% fat - 40g ish 35% carbs - 116g ish good macros? (im 112ib)
